The task of the head of the educational institution in implementing reforms of secondary and vocational schools in the second half of the 80's of the XX century

Abstract

The article outlines the reasons for reforming the secondary and vocational schools and considers the process of implementing its main tasks by the heads of educational institutions. The influence of logistics on the level of implementation of reform is described. The educational tasks of pupils according to the new structure of school and vocational school are analyzed. The main factors that influenced the level of mastering the educational material and their upbringing were considered. The importance of introducing a new course "Fundamentals of Informatics and Computer Science" into the educational process of schools and vocational schools in the acquisition of computer skills by students is considered. The importance of labor education and training in the further professional orientation and activity of pupils of general education and vocational schools is researched. The purpose of the paper is to study the importance of the head of the educational institution in the implementation of educational reform goals in the second half of the 80's of the twentieth century. The relevance of the study is that the educational system plays an important role in the social progress of each country. Indeed, the level of education depends on the quality of labor resources that have a significant impact on the economy of society. One of the main conditions for the effectiveness of the educational system is its timely response to the changing needs of society. That is, the reform of the educational system is an important element of its effectiveness. Today, the Ukrainian state is actively reforming its educational system. For the implementation of effective transformations in the field of education at the present stage, one must take into account the experience of past years. The results of the research can be used in the educational process of higher educational institutions during the teaching of the course "History of education management".
