Educational environment and educational space of the institution of higher education in the formation of the personality of the future specialist

Abstract
The article covers issues of the educational environment and college educational space and their influence on the formation of a specialist's personality. It is emphasized that the essence of the educational environment of a higher education institution is that it reflects the ideas and values of the modern post-industrial paradigm of education, includes the processes of development and self-development of the basic culture of the individual, teacher's pedagogical culture, reflects the peculiarities of their interaction. The educational environment of an educational institution is defined as a set of norms and rules that regulate and limit the relations between the leadership, teachers and students, as well as all groups of interested persons (higher authorities, parents, employers, social partners, etc.). The educational environment becomes a factor in ensuring the formation of a culture of professional activity, moral and spiritual values, the development of abilities, the use of knowledge, skills and abilities in society. Educational actions taking into account the environmental approach are aimed at bringing characteristics of the innovative educational environment in accordance with the purposes of formation of pedagogical culture among students - future teachers. It is emphasized that in the formation of personality organizational culture of an educational institution becomes decisive, that is, a set of methods and rules for solving problems of external adaptation and internal integration of workers, rules that justified themselves in the past and confirmed their relevance, the system of relations, values, rules, norms, signs, installations that determine the strategy of behavior in different conditions and circumstances. The educational work of the College of Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute named after Ferenc Rakoczi II (Berehove, Transcarpathian region) was analized, aimed at orientation of future specialists, in particular students of the specialty "Social Work", on the assimilation of moral humanistic values and their management in their life and future professional activities. It is concluded that the educational environment of the institution of higher education as a spiritual community appears in the interpersonal interaction and promotes the professional and personal formation of the future specialist whose core is the value community and the traditions of a higher education institution.
