Social and pedagogical support of formation of social competence of high school children

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of social and pedagogical support; the social-pedagogical support of schoolchildren in secondary schools is analyzed, which is defined as a type of social-pedagogical activity aimed at creating optimal conditions for student youth, taking into account the personal approach and the specifics and specific needs of everyone. The essence and content of social-pedagogical support of the socialization of senior pupils in the context of the research of various scholars. The categories of social and pedagogical support are defined. The peculiarities of formation of social competence of high school students in the conditions of social and pedagogical support are revealed. The content, which is manifested in educational process of institution of secondary education (electives, discussion clubs, training programs, social projects, etc.) is explored and outlined; organizational mass work (mass events: conferences, concerts, competitions, flash mobs, promotions, etc.); the work of the specialists of the socio-psychological service of the institution (practical psychologist, social teacher), and corresponds to the specified tasks and is implemented at the level of the institution of secondary education, the student's staff (the creation of a socio-pedagogical environment conducive to the formation of social competence of senior pupils) and individual level. The article actualizes the role of social and pedagogical support as a significant factor of the forming of social competence of senior pupils.
