Pedagogical essence of communicative culture of future teachers of elementary school in psychological and pedagogical researches

Abstract

The main psychological and pedagogical researches connected with the communicative culture of primary school teachers have been analysed in the article. Culture as a structure-forming factor including the axiological, activity and personal aspects of the primary school teachers‘ culture, reveals itself in various spheres of human life. The term "culture" in certain groups (descriptive, historical, normative, evaluative, psychological, in the context of the theory of learning, structural, ideological, symbolic) has been systematized and classified. The peculiar features and specific characteristics of the future primary school teachers‘ communicative culture have been revealed. The process of specifying the culture in the aspect of pedagogical activity appears in inseparable unity with the pedagogical communication culture. The phenomenon of the future primary school teachers‘ communicative culture as a subject of scientific and pedagogical research has been viewed from several aspects: the definition of the structure and conditions for the teacher communicative skills formation, the study of the problem of mutual understanding between teachers and students, the study of the problem of pedagogical ethics and tact. Pedagogical essence of the future primary school teachers‘ communicative culture is revealed through his / her communicative activity associated with the process of pedagogical communication organization. There is a system of social norms and rules in the structure of the primary school teachers‘ communicative culture; knowledge and mastering of communicative norms and rules; knowledge of individual characteristics of junior schoolchildren, knowledge of their own communicative qualities; ability to control the communicative situation; the system of spiritual values and valuable attitudes towards primary school students; products of material and spiritual labour, communicative ideal.
