Training, which is in comparison with mass gives higher efficiency and quality of educational objectives solution and has a sense of new pedagogical idea, is substantiated as advanced teaching experience, where innovative pedagogical ideas and technologies are come and formed. Teaching experience is considered as a focused outlet for teacher trainees, during which training and upbringing occur, checked appropriateness of content, methods, techniques and education tools, established the necessary connections, dependencies, patterns of practical instructive activities, positive changes in personal training arise. Therefore, training is the driving force and the ultimate cause of success in upbringing. At the same time, the prime condition of pedagogical theory and school training development is pedagogical science new achievements, advanced experience, pedagogical learning technologies and training implementation. The organization of operational and complete implementation serves to overcome the gap between theory and practice, regulation and optimization of their unity. The implementation of the innovations strengthens and improves the system “methodology-theory-practice”, combines the efforts of teachers and scientists.
