Abstract

The purpose of the study - pedagogical methodology, theory and practical teacher achievements are revealed as mutually determined phenomena. Here are the research results and scientific novelty. Methodology is defined not only as a means of high level of theoretical knowledge, but also at the same time as a tool for the practical transformation of pedagogical reality on the scientific basics. Accordingly, it has been proved that common methodological basis, essential condition and leading factor in the humanization of training and upbringing are subject-subject, moral and aesthetic pedagogically appropriate educational teachers and students relations. They are the main factor in overcoming socio-pedagogical contradictions in the process of school reforming, modernizing and the entire national system of education and upbringing. Subject-subject relations are defined as specially organized, pedagogically reasonable, humane, moral and aesthetic interaction of educational process subjects that is constantly in developing, aimed at achieving the upbringing goal that socially and psychologically are caused by the entire system accepted in society of national and worldwide values. "Upbringing" in its broadest sense is identified with the notion of "socialization" and interpreted as a personal and social phenomenon, which corresponds to personality-oriented educational activities. Here is the practical significance of the study. It is approved that school training is the basis and criterion for scientific theoretical research. Training, which is in comparison with mass gives higher efficiency and quality of educational objectives solution and has a sense of new pedagogical idea, is substantiated as advanced teaching experience, where innovative pedagogical ideas and technologies are come and formed. The interdependence of the pedagogical theory and the teacher innovative practical achievements is revealed. Teaching experience is considered as a focused outlet for teacher trainees, during which training and upbringing occur, checked appropriateness of content, methods, techniques and education tools, established the necessary connections, dependencies, patterns of practical instructive activities, positive changes in personal training arise. Therefore, training is the driving force and the ultimate cause of success in upbringing. At the same time, the prime condition of pedagogical theory and school training development is pedagogical science new achievements, advanced experience, pedagogical learning technologies and training implementation. The organization of operational and complete implementation serves to overcome the gap between theory and practice, regulation and optimization of their unity. The implementation of the innovations strengthens and improves the system “methodology-theory-practice”, combines the efforts of teachers and scientists.
