Polylogue of cultures as a factor of artistic and aesthetic education of the younger generation

Abstract
Concepts "culture" and "artistic and aesthetic education" that form and represent the system of values, absorbing for itself everything that is the most necessary for education of creatively intellectual personality of modern society are examined in the article. In real-time Ukraine society ran into the problem of spiritually-moral and professional self-determination of personality. Main attention in modern artistically-educational environment is concentrated on the problem of aesthetic education, artistic education, revival of nations' cultural traditions and different types of the decoratively-applied art. Annually, there are economic and political changes. On their background new requirements to education and teaching of rising generation have emerged, which are meant to form a spiritually-rich fully developed personality. Artistic and aesthetic education is a sphere of forming the culture of feelings, open perception of reality and emotional sensitiveness to the surrounding world. Exactly through an art there is a transmission of spiritual experience of humanity that assists the restoration of the broken connections between generations. An art must become the means of introduction to the common to all mankind culture; to help to form the valued attitude toward nature, man and society; to help to co-operate with the world at the level of values and its philosophical-aesthetic perception; to form attitude toward a man as the greatest value; to report the reference-points of social behavior; to form a confidence in oneself, self-respect and meaningfulness, to help to overcome an anxiety; to prepare to entering into adult life. Taking into account tendencies of development in Transcarpathia and the set tasks, the target component of aesthetic education includes the education of personality that is able to be mobilized, adequately estimate life situations, who have moral and civil priorities in modern society. The task of aesthetic education: development of the aesthetic feelings, taste, interest, development of aesthetic attitude toward a culture and art, forming of tolerance, sense of responsibility, a need in healthy way of life. Creation of personality that will settle relations with a collective and with an environment, finding tastes in life and overcoming failures and disappointments are all comprised in the content component, Methods, means and forms, are various and depend on a volume and quality of information, organization and activity and age criterion. An important role is played by the level of preparation, mastery and capabilities of the teacher. Efficiency of content of studies of the decoratively-applied art is determined by the degree of penetration of artistic values into behavior and activity of children, into individual experience, world view, and behavior. Researches on issue of child's artistic work prove, that mastering of different types of art by children stimulates formation of their artistically-creative activity. Engaging in the decoratively-applied art is developing the sight, touch, artistically-figurative and spatial thinking, intellectual and emotional environment and opens a creative potential of personality.
