Educational influence of adults on the process of socialization of preschool age child

Abstract
The article highlights one of the urgent problems of the present days, the problem of the socialization process of the preschool child. The possibilities and adults educative impact upon the process of socialization of the preschool children is analysed in the present article. The peculiarities and ways of children's social development are considred, role of such socialization institutions is grounded as - family and educational establishment- a child's mastering of the efficiency of social norms, rules of behavior and values of society. Based on theoretical generalization the conclusions towards child's successful socialization are made. Notable achievements in the field of analysis of the social and educational aspects of this problem are made by such scholars as L. Artemova, A. Bohush, O. Kononko. Various aspects of socialization of the individual and the influence of social environment on its progress are highlighted in the works of I.Bekh, T.Kravchenko, M.Lushachevych, V.Batus. The whole range of research works determine the advantages of pre-school educational establishment as a means of socialization, which creates the conditions for the child's personal development , mastering social ability to adapt towards environment (L. Artemova, A. Bohush, T. Zharovtseva, O. Kononko, T. Ponimanska etc.). The article aims at grounding the socialization process of the pre-school child's personality in the process of collaboration between family and kindergarten. The process of socialization of preschool child's personality in preschool educational establishment will be effective under the condition of including family as micro factors of training and educational process. Parents should be involved in the training and educational process to create environment for development. Only in the case of close cooperation between pre-school teachers and parents it is possible to keepo the conditions of the unity of tasks and content of educational work of preschool educational establishment and family; it is possible to keep the successiveness in content and technologies of educational process. To bettern the socialization process of preschool children, it is necessary to use programme of introducing pre-school children with social reality in the unity of motivation, cognitive, activity and practical aspect of their life. This condition must be adhered for the fact of developmental environment in preschool educational establishment could help to shape perceptions of social reality, emotional and evaluative relation and contributed to the inclusion of the child in various activities and communication. Due to these components of the child's personality development, it is possible to train it creativity (which is an essential condition for successful socialization of the child), consolidate knowledge and to generate the necessary personal qualities. The main characteristics of the child are associated with the development of higher mental functions, that is why it is important for the child's pedagogical teaching to be conducted due to conditions of growing of components of social experience into the structure of the child, which promotes its own picture of the world in the unity of consciousness, attitude and behavior. Taking into consideration the facts listed above, we can conclude that the family and preschool educational establishment – are two important institutions of socialization of the child. Their educational functions are different, but to achieve a full and successful socialization of the preschool child their complex interaction is demanded. If the pre-school educational establishment promotes the integration (unification) of the child in society, the family should provide individuality (differentiation) of child's development.
