A DEEP LEARNING POWERED SYSTEM TO PREVENT ILLEGAL LOGGERS

Abstract
In order to prevent illegal loggers promptly, we have researched an innovative system with the help of the Deep learning technology. Our system is capable of detecting nearby chainsaw sounds then alert the forest rangers and authorities in immediately. In this paper, we will discuss about preparing data, transforming audio into the mel-spectrogram and using feature extracting technique. Finally, we'll describe our experiments and show our results. With the accuracy of around 90% and real-time supporting, we believe that our system can help reducing the illegal logging problem and make the world become a better place.
