Abstract

This study is of significance in the large diverse SMEs firms in Mongolia as it tries to offer factors impact job satisfaction and job performance in the SMEs firms to improve job performance to employee's satisfaction, maintain their relationship not only with their profession but also with the organization and hence to overcome high turnover and reduce further shortage of qualified employees. This conceptual paper examines the empirical evidence between the relationship of job satisfaction and job performance. The study will further validate the relationship of understanding of the workplace and workplace-related issues that may have impact on how employees react and respond to their work environment. However, not many studies in the same vein have been fully addressed in SMEs firms in Mongolia. The result shows the following: (1) Job satisfaction and supervisor have a positive effect on the job performance; (2) Welfare has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (3) Job satisfaction is a partial mediator on the relationship between supervisor, welfare, employee training and development, workload, institution commitment, and job performance. Identifying what factors influence employees' job performance for organizations to deal with their issues to improve employees' job performance is important.
