Abstract

Socio-perceptual competence is a socio-psychological property that reflects a certain level of personality development and includes the following components: knowledge of the laws of social perception, skills and emotional relationships associated with the perception, assessment and understanding of people. Socio-perceptual competence is one of the most important qualitative characteristics of a person, which allows him to realize his needs for social recognition, self-realization, respect and help a person successfully adapt in society. The idea of studying the conditions for the formation of socio-perceptual competence and, in particular, adaptation of high school students in the field of life safety suggests that the subject of meaningful training of high school students should be the psychological functions and personality of the child, as well as the processes of psychotechnical and dialogue interaction with the psyche, soul, personality of the child, mental readiness conflict situations and the ability to eliminate them. Another important factor is the education of the concept of life safety among high school students. It is generally accepted that by the age of school age, basic ideas about life and safety have been formed as guidelines for successfully solving the problems of ensuring the safety of life. The absence of an a priori preset development among high school students of adequate ideas about the safety of life makes it relevant to study the conditions for the formation of social-perceptual competence.
