Justice ?in Stalinist?: the process of investigation and imprisonment of Ivan Feshchenko-Chopivskyi

Research of the least understood Feshchenko-Chopivskyi’s fact of biography ? his arrest by the Soviet state security, the investigation and its procedural features. It was determined that the investigating process from the very beginning had no alternative for him ? proving guilt prisoner actually not needed. This exploration shows us one more example of helplessness of the individual to a totalitarian system.
