Abstract

The article covers basic theoretical information about the German instructions for use and studies the peculiarities of such texts' translation. Besides, special attention is given to the contrastive analysis of the German and Ukrainian instructions for use. As a result, the authors underline the differences of the instruction texts structures in both languages, and they characterize the main methods and ways to be used while translating such texts.
