PECULIARITIES AND PROBLEMS OF FORMING THE TARIFF FOR PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY OF ALTERNATIVE HEAT ENERGY FOR BUDGETARY INSTITUTIONS

The article investigates controversial points concerning the approaches and methods of forming the tariff for production and supply of heat energy at the producer. The components of importance of economic substantiation of expenses incurred on manufacture and supplies of heat energy in establishments of the public sector of the economy of Ukraine are resulted. The debatable constituents in the sphere of tariff setting for the services of supply enterprises are summarized and systematized.
