FINANCIAL RISKS OF THE INVESTMENT AND INNOVATIVE PROJECTS

The work outlines the different types of financial risks of investment and innovative projects in the process of projecting and implementing new solutions. Also were revealed some specific characteristics of financing and investment mechanisms in financial and production innovation project. The research was carried out by comparing theoretical and practical results of specialized scientific works. The analysis revealed a consolidated classification of financial risks of innovative projects by the environment in which they operate, by terms of measurement forms and impact. The level of the impact was also studied: It determines the resilience of the company to the threat and provides an opportunity to predict future risk-management decisions. According to the investment and innovative-production projects were choosen appropriate methods for risk, taking into account the factors of uncertainty and novelty. The main result of this work was to identify recommendations for choosing the type of investment. The study showed that there is a link between investment instruments of different types and financial risks of innovative projects. It proved that financial risks should be predicted and taken into account in the construction of business processes, even in conditions of market uncertainty. As the multidimensionality of financial risks poses a wide range of threats to business activity and its financial stability, therefore, several areas of financial management require implementation in the process of financial risk management in investment and innovation projects.
