Abstract
This article is devoted to intercultural management, it deals with the culture of the enterprise in the intercultural aspect. The main approaches to intercultural management have been analyzed. The authors have considered three main approaches: the first - the so-called "culturalistic" approach, the second - the approach based on "professional identity", from the point of view of the third, "epistemological" approach latest data in the study area are analyzed. The concept of enterprise culture from different approaches to study (culture as a tool, cultural anthropology as a method of cognition) is considered. The definition of intercultural management is given. Culture from the point of view of "mental programming" and "anthropological basis" is considered. The concept of interculturality and strategy of cultural identity in the aspect of the formation of the mechanism of intercultural communication is investigated.
