The article offers a mechanism for managing the sustainable development of industrial enterprises, which is based on the principles of a systematic approach providing for the implementation of interrelated processes for identifying and assessing risk factors of activity, as well as making appropriate management decisions with subsequent control of their results in order to timely minimize the negative impact of risk factors on the economic, environmental and social sphere, which forms the basis for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises.
