Abstract
At present, patients with acute kidney disease are managed with hemodialysis obtaining a good prognosis, in some hospital centers where there are no supplies and the personnel trained for its management and follow-up, peritoneal dialysis is implemented, obtaining favorable results in patients with disease due to coronavirus-19 and that kidney function is compromised, both treatments have been implanted, however in many hospital centers this pandemic exceeded its coverage capacity, thus generating the implementation of rapid response approaches. At the Navalse Medical Center I implemented the use of hemodialysis in these patients out of a total of 58 patients evaluated between the months of April to September 2020
