SOME ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEM OF FALSE CALLS ABOUT FIRE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

There is given the list of specialized services which must be available around the clock and free of charge. The types of false calls are provided. This problem is caused by the number of imperfections in the legislation that require comprehensive study. The law enforcement practice of article 19.13 of the Russian Code of Administrative Infraction (hereinafter CAI RF) providing administrative punishment for a deliberate false call to specialized services is analyzed. It is proposed to conduct additional research in terms of financial and economic analysis of the cost of FPS EMERCOM of Russia on false calls. It is recommended to make adjustments to the article 19.13 to toughen the punishment for false call to specialized services.
