RESTRUCTURE NEED OF THE AGE COMPOSITION OF FIRE TRUCK PARK. INTRODUCTION OF NEW FIRE TRUCK MODELS AT THE FORMATION OF UPDATED PARK STRUCTURE

Basic fire trucks are an important part of the fire truck park (FT) for fire and rescue operations. This is confirmed by statistical data on the number of FT involved annually in fire-fighting operations. Monitoring of fire protection divisions showed that the FT park by age composition keeps a obsolescence tendency. The analysis of the age FT park composition allows to evaluate the strategy of its renewal. The terms of replacement of outdated mobile fire extinguishing vehicles with new ones in the nearest period till 2025 are shown by age groups. There is presented a number of new FT models to form the composition of the updated park.
