Literature Review: COVID-19 caused a major worldwide movement in 2020, this disease emerged in China in 2019, but spread rapidly in the world. Thus, people were forced to adhere to social isolation to avoid the spread of the virus, but with this, other problems arose, which were linked to the mental health of the subjects. Thus, cases of anxiety and stress were increased, as well as intensified the depression of the subjects, which is a major problem.
