Abstract
Lendometriose se definit par lexistence de tissu endometrial en dehors de la cavite uterine. Sa localisation parietale est rare, pouvant survenir sur toutes les cicatrices surtout apres une intervention chirurgicale gynecologique, obstetricale ou encore abdominale [1].Lendometriose de la paroi abdominale a ete decrite dans differentes localisation: les muscles grands droits de labdomen, lombilic [1], les cicatrices de cesarienne [2]. Lendometriose parietale represente 1 a 2% des cas dendometriose extragenitale [3]. Nous rapportons un nouveau cas dendometriose abdominale post-cesarienne localisee au muscle grand droit de labdomen revele par une masse parietale.
