Abstract
Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) instruments have become very popular in endodontics over the past decade. Their properties of shapememory and superelasticity offer benefits over hand instrumentation in preparing curved root canals. They have significantly reduced the operating time with fewer chances of canal transportation. [1] However, fracture of NiTi files limits the prognosis of root canal treatments.
