INFLUENCE OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES

The importance of introducing innovative development and its impact on competitiveness is quite relevant among business structures in Ukraine. This article substantiates the impact of innovative development on the competitiveness of business structures. Scientific sources concerning the interpretation of the concept of «innovation» are analyzed. The preconditions for gaining competitive advantages by business structures are singled out and substantiated, as we have proved that competitiveness is closely interrelated with innovative development. The dynamics of interest of domestic enterprises in the use of innovations, which is currently growing, has been studied. It is established that the positive trend is in the growth of the share of enterprises that carry out product innovations which, in fact, determine the innovative development of the national economy. The two main types of innovations that are inherent in modern business structures are identified and analyzed. The analysis of innovative development of business structures on the basis of integrated indicators is carried out.
