THE EXPORT POTENTIAL OF THE STATE IN THE CONDITIONS OF ACTIVATION OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES

The analysis of literature sources on the subject of the export potential of Ukraine in the conditions of intensification of European integration processes is carried out. It is established that in the scientific literature considerable attention is paid to the study of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, at the same time the issues of increasing Ukraine's export potential and its structure in terms of European integration processes, factors hindering the development of exports of goods and services in modern globalization remain insufficiently covered. economy. The article analyzes the change in the vector in Ukraine's foreign trade over the past seven years, namely since the Russian aggression on Ukraine. Current trends in international trade have been identified. The impact of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement signed with Ukraine with the European Union is analyzed. The dynamics of the analysis of statistical data on the geographical structure of Ukraine's exports and imports with the regions, including the EU since 2014. as the share of high-tech products is constantly decreasing, which causes certain risks due to price and market fluctuations. And the negative balance in foreign trade in goods throughout the study period adversely affects the country's balance of payments and growth of its economic potential. It is studied that the volume of trade in services between Ukraine and the EU, in contrast to exports of goods, has a positive balance and with the appropriate state support can significantly strengthen the state's position in foreign markets. There is significant increase in imports of science-intensive products from EU countries to Ukraine is mainly due to the forced acceleration of the country's economy to EU standards and the creation of competitive enterprises. Problems and shortcomings in the structure of modern exports and imports of Ukraine are revealed. Recommendations for improving the export potential of Ukrainian enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity are provided. The guidelines for increasing the volume of exports of Ukrainian products and services to the EU countries are outlined. The system of stimulation and motivation of export of goods and services needs further research.
