MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THE ENTERPRISE

In the article the author gave approaches to consideration of definition of "management of financial resources". The list of elements that are included in the total amount of financial resources of business entities is given. The structure of financial resources of the researched enterprise and financial results of its activity for the last years are analyzed. Ways to improve the formation and use of financial resources are proposed. The sequence of stages of management of financial resources of the enterprise is substantiated. It is noted that the assessment of the level of finance of the enterprise, namely the analysis of the composition and structure of financial resources, is a necessary step in the effective management of economic activity of the enterprise.
