Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of such indicators of emotional well-being of preschool children as a moderate manifestation of age-related fears and normative anxiety. It was revealed that the dominant fear among older preschoolers is the fear of physical harm, animals, monsters and fairy-tale characters, which affects the emotional well-being of children.
