Abstract
Professional development of vocational instructors is one of the tasks of modern education system. New educational transformations define new requirements for the vocational instructor as the main translator of skills and abilities for vocational education. The existing contradictions between the vocational education of the future vocational instructor in higher education institutions, the content of his coursework and the conditions of pedagogical activity in vocational (training) education actualize the need to improve the quality of professional development of industrial training.
The purpose of this study is to analyze of psychological and pedagogical studies of professional development of vocational instructors. To specify the present conditions of vocational instructors' professional development in the conditions of educational transformations.
