Abstract
Given the substantiation of the requirement for data about the crowd that is necessary for the reconnaissance for needs of National Guard of Ukraine forces during the special operation to stop the riot; defined the reconnaissance tasks using unmanned aerial vehicles.
The description of the scheme of the order of the justification of the characteristics of the reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles is given. The task of ending the riots imposed on the National Guard of Ukraine requires continuous improvement of the methods of using the Guards' formations. Improving the quality and speed of decision-making by the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine military unit at the riot on the elimination of massive disturbances is expedient to carry out by means of the use of reconnaissance unmanned aerial systems, which collect information in a timely manner, transmit without distortion, with sufficient reliability. Determining the information about the crowd and the required characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicles for intelligence during a special operation to stop the turmoil can develop a rational version of their application.
