Abstract
We report the results of 12 patients followed for post traumatic feet equinus deformity treated by percutaneous Achilles tendon lengthening by triple hemisection. Thanks to its multiple advantages, this procedure allowed 11 patients to recover near
complete foot neutral position in standing and walking.
