ABILITY FOR VOLITIONAL EFFORT OF MILITARYMEN OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

The article presents results of theoretical and empirical research of psychological peculiarities of emotional and volitional sphere of personnel. Were defined volitional qualities which express psychological readiness for service and combat activities in extreme conditions. Using the questionnaire of “The locus of control”, “Style of self-regulation”, “The ability to self-government” were revealed positive dynamics and peculiarities of ability for volitional efforts of militarymen during professional development.
