ANALYSIS OF MODERN MANAGEMENT TRENDS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION BORDER SECURITY

The article reveals the essence of reengineering the EU border security management system, which means introduction of the uniform safety management policy at the external border, increasing capacity and extending the mandate of supra-national security structure – FRONTEX Agency, creation of European Border and Coast Guard and further development of the common information and communication platform EUROSUR.
