Approach to formalization of decision-making significant groupings to participate in events Ukraine National Guard unified state system of civil protection in the aftermath of man-made accidents

The article identifies the problematic issues of formalizing decision making process using the method of network planning to attend groups of the National Guard of Ukraine in cooperation with the forces of State Emergency Service of Ukraine is the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the activities of the unified state system of civil protection in the aftermath of man-made disaster.
