Abstract
The transition of information and information communication involved for the timely decision making of the commander of the military units in the process of participation in a special operation has been considered. The mathematical model of information connected the volume and importance of information the links between sources and information in order to reduce the time of the decision making by the commander in process of participation in a special operation.
