Abstract
Essence of the psychological monitoring of success of the professional becoming of commander of subdivision and actuality of his realization are specified in practice of troops. On the basis of certain indexes and criteria of the professional becoming of commander of subdivision of internal troops from escorting, экстрадиции and guards of defendant is reasonable method of realization of the psychological monitoring of success of process of профессионализации of this specialist on the stage of independent professional activity.
