Abstract

The article examines the relationship between the state of the economy and the criminal situation in the country, which generally affects the criminalization of the economy. The main manifestations and causes of tax crimes are analyzed. The necessity of taking urgent measures to improve the tax policy in the economy on the part of the state is argued.
