Personal factors of professional motivation of students with disabilities

Abstract
The article provides a theoretical and methodological justification and practical development of psychological principles of professional motivation of students with disabilities. The psychological features of professional motivation of students with disabilities, the role of value-semantic regulation of professional self-determination of the individual, psychological factors of choosing a profession and their influence on further professional development are revealed. It has been established that the professional motivation of students with disabilities, due to internal motives, is related to their meaningful life orientations, with ideas about themselves as a strong person who has enough freedom of choice to build their lives in accordance with their goals. Theoretical preconditions for studying the professional motivation of students with disabilities as a factor of professional self-determination of the individual are determined. Professional self-determination is defined as a holistic, integrative process in which a person's professional values are realized, aspects of his life, personal, social self-determination are specified, the meanings of professional activity are realized; in the course of this process there is a value comprehension of the choice of one's own way of life and taking responsibility for the realization of this choice. It is established that students with disabilities in the choice of profession are focused mainly on social goals, universal needs, moral, spiritual values; the predominant motives for choosing a profession are social, moral, cognitive, utilitarian, motives of prestige and motives related to the content of work; The intrinsic motivation of students with disabilities is related to the presence and reflection of goals in the future, which give life meaningfulness, focus and time perspective. It is established that the factors of internal motivation of students with disabilities are motivational focus on self-realization, meaningful life goals and prospects, internal locus of control, personal autonomy, which is the ability to self-determine their positions and the ability to independently determine and regulate their own lives. Developed and tested a comprehensive program of psychological support of professional development of students with disabilities in ZVO, in particular the training program of reflection of professional motivation of students with disabilities aimed at purposeful personal reflection, developed positive self-awareness, awareness of their own goals, personalities, meanings, effective professional skills and competence
