Projects for a new design of an amphibious vehicle for evacuating people during high waters are developed. Instead of normal propellers a water-jet propeller that protects a propeller securely under conditions of moving through flooded populated places is offered. A propeller winch substantially increases passable characteristics of the vehicle, especially under complicated conditions of landing. 4x4 drives and gearless differentials of increased friction provide high cross-country capabilities.
