Existing system of the Interior Command and Control System: necessity and guidelines of its improvement

Existing Interior Troops administration system has been briefly analyzed as a complex process and the structure that supports it, several suggestions being made concerning guidelines of system's improvement according to current and predicted combat and routine tasks might be carried out by the troops.
