Methodological principles of the armed forces staffing

Abstract
Servicemen are singled out as a modern segment of the national labour market, methodological principles of its formation are considered. The analysis of the servicemen labour market condition is carried out; the reasons of formations transition (non transition) to the contract based recruiting are defined.
