Abstract
In this article it is established that in recent years the need for an expert opinion in the framework of judicial evidence has increased. In practice, it turns out that a well-developed expert opinion is an important basis for a court decision. The quality of expert opinions varies, and, therefore, when drawing up an expert opinion, the expert should avoid mistakes and pay attention to the quality of the expert opinion, which should have certain characteristics
