Systematic approach towards definition, meaning and estimating of personnel’s moral-psychological condition

The article is devoted to the meaning of moral-psychological condition within the structure of human factor; philosophical-etymological interdependency of meaning and logical size of human factor, moral spirit, and personnel's moral-psychological condition have been analyzed; the main point of moral-psychological condition and meaning of its components have been identified; a new method of estimating of personnel's moral-psychological condition in large units and units has been offered.
