The Approach of Cultural Diplomacy and Peacebuilding in the Globalization Space

In today's developments, in order to improve relations between countries, cultural diplomacy in the field of international relations - as a foreign policy tool that is responsible for the art of promoting and developing culture - has a great impact on providing the ground for joint cooperation and the recognition of cultures and the exchange of cultural values and the consolidation of good relations between governments, such a way that today we are witnessing the creation of various cultural organizations in the world plan in order to prevent international conflicts in this way. The purpose of this article is to emphasize the theory of cultural diplomacy and soft power to answer the question that what is the approach of cultural diplomacy and peacebuilding in the context of globalization? Findings show that achieving political, security and economic goals has always been one of the most important goals of countries in formulating and implementing their foreign policy. Cultural diplomacy, with an emphasis on adopting approaches to peaceful coexistence, the exchange of cultural relations and, consequently, the formation of world communities with a focus on security, human rights, freedom of expression, democracy and peacebuilding, is more inclined towards peace diplomacy and the prevention of international conflicts and military intervention in the maintenance and survival of peace, especially in countries that have experienced the events and riots of civil wars.
