Abstract
In most countries of the world, laboratories and research centers have become essential to finding solutions and innovation by directing and formulating countries in various fields economically, socially, politically, educationally, etc, as the role and influence of research centers and laboratories in developed countries contribute to the decision, Design policies to address and address them at the lowest costs, After the global financial crisis, many international banks resorted to working in Islamic banking as an alternative, besides being a public demand, it has become necessary for research laboratories to find mechanisms and formulas through legal and frameworks to provide decision makers with an initial map of the policies to be followed in order to attract the largest possible number of dealers and increase the ability of banks to finance projects in order to achieve growth rate.
