Abstract
Entrepreneurship is considered as a focus of many researchers due to the overall benefits; it seeks to achieve, whether it comes to accelerating the economic and social development of countries or contributing to the creation of innovative and pioneering projects, and the creation of work positions.This study try to shed light on the concept of entrepreneurship with the presentation of global experiences to support its activity through three basic axes, as the first axis deals with theoretical concepts related to term. The second axis deals with the basic concepts of Accompaniment Entrepreneurial. The last axis comes to present global experiences of contracting activity in Canada, the United States of America, Britain, Germany, China, Morocco, and the Emirates Where it was concluded that there is a difference in the contracting activity of countries, and this is due to the basic components and pillars on which countries depend in designing their work, as well as the perception of each country to the necessity and importance of entrepreneurship.
