Abstract
In this article, we try to shed light on the management style of the public banking establishment and its interaction with the financial market and the economic agents active there. The inter - relation between supply and demand and the role of banking marketing in the mobilization of financial products form the basis of our problematic, analyzed according to a qualitative methodological approach and a restitution of experience. three main axes through which we address the issue of management style and its impact on banking marketing, as well as the participation or not of public banking establishments in the process of financial and banking inclusion.
