Mechanism for ensuring coordinated interaction of participants in the strategic planning of the development of the economy of the Donetsk People’s Republic

The article suggests a mechanism for ensuring coordinated interaction of participants in strategic planning of the economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic, which has been presented in the form of an algorithm for the interaction of elements of the strategic planning system within the framework of forecasting, goal setting, planning and programming. The assignment of the Ministry of Economic Development as the entity that is responsible for the formation and implementation of the strategic planning system allows ensuring compliance with the principles of strategic planning, the relationship and interaction between participants, control and personal responsibility for the performance of functions within the system. Proposed interrelation of documents and participants describes all aspects of the interaction of the main stakeholders in the field of strategic planning.
