DESIGN OF A MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENT ON THE FINANCING CAPACITIES, COMPETITIVENESS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PERSONNEL IN COMPANIES OF THE FOOD SECTOR DEDICATED TO THE ELABORATION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS IN THE SOUTH OF SONORA

The objective of this research is to develop an instrument on the financing capacities, competitiveness and performance of personnel in companies in the Food sector dedicated to the production of dairy products in the South of Sonora for the detection of areas of opportunity that increase their possibilities of permanence in the market. The research to be carried out is of a mixed nature, that is, it requires descriptive and inferential statistics. In the main results derived from the piloting, the cronbachs alphas were positive, which indicates that there is reliability in its application. For future research, it could be determined what the responses of the businessmen of the three municipalities in which information is desired would be.
