Abstract
Office contracts are generally used to describe the tripartite relationship that arises between the office provider, the office user and the office worker. The office user contracts with the office provider to provide both the office space needs and other business-related needs such as office supplies, security, reception, cafeteria at the same time. The office provider presents some of the actions that it has undertaken pursuant to this contract to the user through the contract it has made with the office worker. There is no direct relationship between the office user and the office worker. However, the employee can sometimes be the assistant of the user. In terms of the contract between the employee and the office provider, the user is the third person benefiting from the act. As a reflection of the principle of freedom of will, the parties can conclude office contracts in various ways. Along with the serviced office, shared office and pandemic environment, the virtual office we hear more and more are some of these types. In the study, the legal nature of this tripartite relationship, its appearance in practice and the solution proposals for the disputes related to them are mentioned.
