MODERN ELEMENTS OF PROTECTION OF GRYVNA FROM FINISHING

The article considers modern elements of the enhanced level of protection on Ukrainian hryvnia banknotes, which allow guaranteed detection of counterfeit banknotes with both careful visual and tactile control without the use of special equipment. The level of protection is directly related to its uniqueness and accessibility for recognition not only by experts, specialists, but also by ordinary citizens. One security feature is not a guaranteed protection of banknotes, but only all the components in the complex contribute to the protection of banknotes of a particular denomination from counterfeiting.
