Diffrences between diplomatic immunity and privileges have been dealt with during carryng out of procedural activities to collect evidence on the territory of diplomatic mission during pretrial investigation against criminal offences committed by diplomatic staff. It has been mentioned that immunity provides taking out foreign offitial representatives from state jurisdiction.
